SHOP DRAWING ENGINEER

JOB DESCRIPTION

Planning: Formulate and manage schedules for shop drawing development.
Design Proposal: Propose technical ideas and solutions aligned with the original design intent and project requirements.
Drawing Execution: Develop detailed shop drawings, fabrication/construction drawings, and Method Statements (in coordination with the Design and Project Management Departments).
Technical Support: Coordinate and resolve technical issues or discrepancies arising during construction.
Other detailed duties will be discussed during the interview.

Education: College Degree or higher in Civil/Industrial Engineering or related fields.
Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position.
Certifications: Possess a Construction Practice Certificate (Grade III or higher).
Software Proficiency: Expert in AutoCAD, Revit, and MS Office (proficiency in other specialized engineering software is an advantage).
Skills: Excellent technical drawing interpretation, teamwork, and cross-departmental coordination.
Attributes: Proactive, highly responsible, and detail-oriented.
