SITE ENGINEER

JOB DESCRIPTION

Execution: Read, interpret, and execute construction works in accordance with design drawings.
Project Management: Plan and manage site operations to ensure project progress, quality, and safety standards.
Resource Allocation: Assign tasks and manage sub-contractors, site teams, and workers.
Cost & Quantity Control: Prepare payment applications, verify quantities for sub-contractors, and monitor material wastage.
Reporting: Track, evaluate site progress, and submit daily updates to management.
Inspection & Handover: Coordinate with internal departments, Project Management Consultants, and relevant stakeholders for work inspections.
Quality Control (QC): Inspect the quality of incoming raw materials and construction inputs.
Safety & Discipline: Supervise site safety, guide workers, and promptly handle any technical errors or discipline violations.
Workforce Tracking: Update daily labor logs in the “Manpower Tracking Sheet”.

Age: 25 – 35 years old.
Education: College Degree or higher in Civil and Industrial Engineering.
Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position.
Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, and specialized construction software.
Languages: Not required.
